Created to have Authority

Genesis 1:26-28

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth So God created man in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:26-28

You know whenever I read these first, it make me so sad to see how far we have come, how far we as man have sunk from the supreme authority that belong to us. When we look around the world today and see how man has allowed their God-given authority to erode into almost nothing.

How long are we prepare to sit around and allow ourselves to be at the bottom of the pile, where even the animals appear to be more important than we are? You know when I think of what we had and what we could regain and yet so many of you are preparing to be second class citizen, prepared to sit back and be downtrodden it just makes my blood boil. I mean we were created to be ruler not to be rule, created to be the top not the bottom so why? Oh why won’t you all just rise up and grasp what Christ is handing to you on a plate.
